The Planning P6 Excel Planner is a valuable tool for project scheduling. It leverages Excel’s capabilities to automatically generate Gantt charts based on the inputted activity durations. Simply input the dates for each, and the tool will automatically calculate the durations. This automated process will subsequently generate a visual representation in the form of a Gantt chart.
