DESCRIPTION

Creating a baseline schedule, which we refer to as a project schedule or project plan, is a very challenging task. The goal of this article is to inform you that baseline maintenance and assignment are two different tasks. The initial that we create at the beginning serves as the primary schedule. After that, it becomes a secondary baseline when we make revisions. In the same way, that tertiary baseline is established if adjustment is necessary. Thus, this baseline is essentially the initial timetable from which we must gather data, utilize it in the principal software, prepare or generate it, and then figure out how to retain and track it.
