Course Overview:

This course is a specialized interview preparation program designed for Planning Engineers, Project Control Engineers, and Project Schedulers, with a strong focus on delay analysis, project controls, and Primavera P6–based explanations.

The training prepares candidates to confidently handle technical, HR, client, and consultant interviews, covering planning logic, progress reporting, delay analysis, EOT concepts, claims support, and management reporting commonly discussed in EPC, EPCM, PMC, and construction projects.

This is a role-specific, experience-driven course, built on real interview questions and live project scenarios, not generic interview theory.

Course Delivery & Training Format:

This course is delivered through one-on-one live online training, ensuring complete focus on individual learning objectives, role requirements, and project-specific challenges. The training schedule is mutually agreed after booking, and each session is conducted in a structured, interactive, and professional learning environment.

All training sessions are fully recorded and shared with lifetime access, allowing participants to revisit complex topics such as resource loading, resource leveling, and resource analysis whenever required.
